Learning to float
From a physical level we will play with lower abdominal strength and support, with a pre-climb yoga warm-up and core work routine.
This workshop will look into climbing movement from an energetic perspective- exploring awareness of energy moving upward from the core. We will practice moving mindfully across the wall, developing the sensation of ‘floating’ and fluidity.
