SESSION 2 : LOWER BODY & CORE
• Lower body + glute exercises for developing strength and power. 
• Climbing specific core exercises for developing body tension, stability and efficient movement.

This workshop consists of two parts. TWO DATES are available for each session. We recommend you to book a date for both sessions on either weekend.
