In our class, we’ll focus on stretching the connective tissues of the lower parts of the body such as the hips, inner thighs, and lower spine. By slowing down and allowing our bodies to move through these deeply relaxing poses, we’ll leave feeling more flexible, balanced, and energized. Join us after you day or after your boulder session @ 7:30 -8:45pm. Mats, bolsters and blankets provided.
